Return / Exchange policy

  • CANCELLATION & REFUND
    • ALL SALES ARE FINAL we have a No Refund Policy !
    • However, you can modify the order size in the 'unfulfilled' status. To do so, simply drop an email to support@styleit.in Immediately with your order number and the changes to be made. Once the AWB is printed for an order, the changes cannot be modified.
  • EXCHANGE
    • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@styleit.in within 5 days of receiving the item.
    • Exchanges are subject to a hygiene quality check and approval/decline based on the product condition received to us.
    • We reserve the right to not accept a return if;
      1. the product/s are returned after use.
      2. the products are damaged.
    • Once the exchange is confirmed item/s has to be shipped by the customer to us, please provide the tracking ID to support@styleit.in
    • Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
    • If you have received a defective product, share images at support@styleit.in and we will get back to you within 24 hours
    • Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.
    • Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit.
    • The store credit is valid till 1 month from the date of issue. 
    • Items purchased on promotion/sale are non-returnable and non-refundable
