1. HOW DO I CONFIRM MY ORDER STATUS?
  • Your order will be confirmed with a 4-digit order number (EG: #1111). We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, and you should have received an email from us with your tracking information and estimated delivery date Please check your spam folder in case our email was redirected there.
2. CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER AFTER PLACING?
  • Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your items before confirming your purchase.
3. CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
  • Amendments in delivery address can be modified provided the order is in the 'unfulfilled' status Once the AWB is generated for an order, the changes cannot be modified, to avoid these we recommend double cheque your address before confirming Still if amendment in delivery address is needed drop an email support@styleit.in Immediately with your order number and the changes to be made Our team will try the best.
4. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
  • Online purchase can be done through major payment methods like (UPI, credit card, Net Banking)
  • Please note that we do not accept COD for online purchases.
5. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
  • You will receive a tracking ID as (AWB: xxxxxxxxxxx) via email once your order is shipped. Use this number on our website or the carrier's website to track your order.
6. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?
  • We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, until specified with a date of shipping (in case of pre-orders). Please check your spam folder in case our email was redirected there. Kindly allow us 3-7 working days for your order to be delivered.
7. DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
  • No, currently we do Not Ship Internationally.
8. HOW DO OUR DROPS WORK?
  • We usually announce our upcoming designs and collections on our official Instagram account - @styleit.clothings , we recommend following us on Instagram to stay updated with our latest releases and drops. Once the designs are announced, they are available to purchase on our website.
9. THE PRODUCT I WANT TO ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK. WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE?
  • At Styleit, we believe in the power of exclusivity So each design will be available in limited pieces and Our designs & sizes never to be restocked again* once sold out.  This ensures our customer to enjoy the exclusivity and look forward to the next drop. 

 

* However, restock may happen in same T-shirt having difference in color of design & fabric.
10. WHAT DOES OUR REFUND POLICY SAYS?
  • We do not have a return policy; all orders are final, and we do not provide any refunds. For more info, please check Return & Exchange policy .
11. WHAT DOES OUR EXCHANGE POLICY SAYS?
  • We have an Exchange Policy of 5 days from the date of receiving the product. To initiate an exchange, please write to support@styleit.in within 5 days of receiving the item.
Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange. We reserve the right to not accept a return if.
  • the product/s are returned after use.
  • the products are damaged.
  • the products do not have all the tags.

12.  DO I HAVE TO SHIP THE ORDER MYSELF?
  • The order has to be shipped by the customer with the tracking id sent to us on the same email thread where you have requested for an exchange.
13. HOW TO APPLY DISCOUNT CODE AT CHECKOUT?
  • During the checkout process, you will find a field to enter your discount code. Input the code, and the discount will be applied to your order total before payment. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.
14. WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE T-SHIRTS?
  •  Machine wash works for all our tees. Air-dry. Avoid dry cleaning. Use cold water to avoid color bleed & shrinkage. Do NOT iron the print directly.
15. WHY IS MY ORDER NOT SHIPPED AFTER IT IS CONFIRMED?
  • Due to logistic issues out of our control, there may occasionally be a delay in shipping your order. Do not worry, we are only looking to fulfil all the orders that are confirmed.

  • Due to logistic issues out of our Control. There might be an occurrence of delay delivery on the expected day. Feel free to contact us, and we will solve these at the earliest.
